Singer Trey Songz arrested for domestic violence

Trey Songz has turned himself in to LAPD after domestic violence accusations according to a new report.

The news comes just after the singer took to Twitter to release a short statement in which he claimed he is 'being lied on and falsely accused for someone’s personal gain.'

The 33-year-old singer - real name Tremaine Aldon Neverson - surrendered to law enforcement early Monday morning with his lawyer Shawn Holley according to TMZ.

He is being accused of choking and punching Andrea Buera at a Hollywood Hills party last month.
