Late Thursday evening, Eminem popped up on his Instagram Stories (after his manager Paul Rosenberg explained how to press record) to preview new material from Shady Records signee Boogie.

"One of the greatest albums coming out this year is a new artist, he goes by the name of Boogie, he's from Compton, and he's on our label and that's why I like him—he's on our label," Eminem told his fans.

Boogie, 28, signed a record deal with Interscope in 2015, but last fall, the MC announced a new partnership with Eminem and Shady Records.

"Shady gang..it’s over for y’all real soon," Boogie wrote on Instagram.

Since the announcement, Boogie has remained relatively quiet, save for the release of two mid-December singles: "Violence," a lush production featuring Masego, and "Came Up."

Boogie's last full-length album release was 2016's Thirst 48, Pt. II.
