Man shot to death at CTA train station at Howard; Red, Purple and Yellow lines disrupted

A 20-year-old man was fatally shot Tuesday at the Howard CTA train station on the North Side, disrupting L service on the Red, Purple and Yellow lines. He was standing in the Howard station about 12:20 p.m. when someone approached him and fired shots, according to Chicago police. He was struck in the chest and neck.
