Cleveland rapper Q Money, real name Qamar Williams, turned himself over to police on Thursday (April 18) on charges that he shot and killed a fellow Cleveland rapper in Decatur, Georgia.

According to police, 23-year-old Q Money is accused of shooting Calvin Chappell, 24, in the head. A man who lived in the apartment where Chapell was shot heard the gunfire and grabbed his gun to run down and see what was going on. The man said he saw Williams with a gun in his hand while he stood over Chappell's body. The man asked Williams what he did and he reportedly only stuttered "I" several times, and the man ran to get his roommate. The two men living in the home reportedly took the gun from Williams and forced him out of the house and locked the door.

One of the two men living in the apartment said he was Chappell's cousin, adding that he had been staying with him for several days. According to reports, the apartment was equipped with security cameras.
