G Herbo Charged with Battery, Could Face 1 Year in Jail for Assaulting BM

TMZ is reporting that rapper G Herbo has been formally charged with battery following the alleged assault of Herbo's baby mama Ariana Fletcher. G Herbo found himself in police custody last month after things got physical following an argument with Fletcher. According to new court documents, G Herbo has been charged with misdemeanor battery. Prosecutors believe the rapper dragged Fletcher by the hair and left visible scratches on her arms. 

If convicted, G Herbo could face a maximum sentence of 1 year behind bars for the assault.
